Your order is free shipping and sent with DHL. It will arrive no later than 30 days. Some countries may use EMS express delivery.
The online tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you when your order shipped. Sometimes the tracking information update will be delayed, please be patient.
Change of Address
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your orders. If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will update the right information for you.
All items will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by customer. Please make sure your address is correct and accurate, as well as your other information, (i.e. phone number).
All parcels will be held for picking up if cannot be signed or delivered. If the item is returned to us caused by the incorrect delivery information, the customer needs to be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.
If you find the parcel is broken when delivery, please open the parcel to check whether items are kept intactly. If not, please refuse delivery. When the parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the damage is made during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new one of same model for exchange or fully refund your money according to your request.
If you want to return the parcel already signed by you, please email us to get the shipping address where your parcel can be returned to. We would have no responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning to wrong shipping address without asking for our customer support's advice.
